Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Standard Returns

We accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are in original, unused, re-saleable condition
  • The goods are in their original packaging where applicable
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
  • The return has been approved by our team prior to sending goods back

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to change-of-mind returns. We will advise you of any applicable restocking fee at the time your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Goods that have been cut to a special or custom size
  • Goods that have been used, altered, or are not in re-saleable condition
  • Goods returned without prior approval

Please note that all items are sold as full lengths or half lengths. We do not sell cut lengths unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your invoice number and a description (and photos where possible) of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the goods. Please do not send goods back without prior approval as they may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For damaged or incorrect goods, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Where a restocking fee applies, this will be deducted from the refund amount.
